Ms. Noonan is a partner of Hudson Cook, LLP.  Prior to joining Hudson Cook she worked for Lovells and was General Counsel at Farm Credit Administration in McLean, Virginia.

Her career began at the Federal Trade Commission, where Ms. Noonan was Associate Director for Credit Practices, Bureau Of Consumer Protection (she was Acting Associate Director from 1986-87).  She also worked in the capacity of Assistant Director, Division of Credit Practices, as well as Equal Credit Opportunity Act Program Manager, Division of Credit Practices.  Prior to that Ms. Noonan was a Trial Attorney for the Division of Credit Practices.

She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and University of Texas School of Law.
