Joe Gabai represents banks, savings associations, mortgage banking companies, finance companies, and their holding companies and affiliates. His practice is focused on the regulation of residential mortgages and other consumer financial products. Much of Joe’s time is spent on strategic planning issues, regulatory developments, retail banking issues, and in negotiations with the federal and state banking agencies on behalf of financial institution clients. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
