Jeffrey Taft is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Financial Services Regulatory and Enforcement group based in the
Washington, DC office. His practice focuses primarily on bank regulatory, consumer financial services, payment system and privacy and
data security matters. He has extensive experience counseling clients on various federal and state banking and consumer credit issues, and
regularly represents banks, merchants and other financial services firms.
Mr. Taft is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also has an LL.M from Harvard Law School.
