Jim Milano is a Member of the law firm of McGlinchey Stafford. Jim focuses his practice on federal and state consumer financial services regulatory compliance, transactional and administrative, investigatory and enforcement matters that affect consumer finance and mortgage companies, investors and the vendors that serve such entities. Jim is nationally recognized as one of the leading lawyers on reverse mortgage law. Jim holds an LL.M. from Emory University, and a J.D. and Bachelors’ degrees from Louisiana State University. Jim frequently publishes articles in law journals and periodicals, and is a regular speaker at consumer financial services conferences and webinars.
