Ms. Franzén is founding member of a full service law firm concentrating on the needs of lenders, loan brokers, auto dealers, and collection agencies. She assists the lender and broker clients with state and federal law compliance including lending and loan servicing issues such as licensing, documentation, disclosures, usury and fees. The firm assists auto dealers and collection agencies with their state and federal law compliance needs. Her firm represents its clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings and in individual and class action litigation. She also counsels clients on general business, contract, corporate, employment, and real estate matters. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the University of Georgia Law School.
