Mr. Greenfield has been teaching at Washington University in St. Louis since 1969 and now is the George Alexander Madill Professor of Contracts and Commercial Law. He teaches Contracts, Consumer Transactions and Uniform Commercial Code Article 2. He is the author of a treatise, Consumer Law; two casebooks, Consumer Transactions (in its 5th edition) and Sales (with Marion Benfield) (in its 5th edition); and a statute, the Uniform Debt-Management Services Act. He is a graduate of Grinnell College and the University of Texas School of Law. He is a Regent of the College and a director of Gateway Legal Services.
