Anthony C. Kaye (Tony) is a partner at Troutman Pepper and leads the
firm’s Military Lending Team. Tony advises financial institutions on consumer
regulatory matters and defends them in both individual and class action lawsuits,
as well as governmental enforcement actions.
Tony regularly writes and speaks on issues concerning military lending law.
