Richard B. Wagner was Executive Vice President – Legal and Public Policy and General Counsel of GMAC Financial Services. He retired effective February 1, 2006 and served as the Distinguished Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Mr. Wagner earned both his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.
