Donald Maurice is a Principal of Maurice Wutscher LLP. He focuses his practice primarily on representing consumer and commercial financial services companies, successfully litigating for the industry in federal and state courts in both trials and appeals. He has provided defense in both bench and jury trials in individual and class action claims brought under federal and state consumer protection laws. He also assists clients before state and federal regulators and attorneys general. He provides advice and counsel to attorneys in matters of professional responsibility and attorney ethics.
