Brad started Inclusive-Partners LLC to collaborate with non-profits and for-profits working on financial inclusion, based on over 35 years of experience providing legal, policy and strategic advice in the areas of fair lending, consumer protection and community reinvestment. Prior to starting Inclusive-Partners LLC, Brad was General Counsel for National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC). The NCRC is a non-profit with over 600 member organizations with the mission of fostering greater financial inclusion.

Prior to NCRC, Brad was Vice President for Consumer Practices at American Express. Brad was responsible for overseeing compliance with fair lending, Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP) and privacy laws. Throughout his career, Brad has worked with corporations, non-profits, government agencies and advocacy groups to expand access to affordable financial products and services.

Prior to American Express, Brad served in a variety of positions, including General Counsel of Hope LoanPort, a non-profit web portal that aids homeowners at risk of foreclosure, Counsel at the law firm of Relman, Dane and Colfax, which specializes in civil rights and consumer protection advocacy, Assistant Director and Senior Attorney in the Financial Practices Division of the Bureau of Consumer Protection at the Federal Trade Commission, where he worked primarily on anti-predatory lending and privacy issues, and trial attorney at the Department of Justice's Commercial Litigation Section. Brad started out his career as a law clerk for a federal district judge in the Northern District of Georgia and a litigation associate at the law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, and also was as a visiting scholar and guest lecturer at the University of Otago in New Zealand.

Brad attended Duke Law School and Yale University. He is based in Washington, D.C.
