Prof. Johnson teaches Debtor-Creditor Rights, Consumer Bankruptcy Law, Consumer Law, Consumer Protection Seminar, Sales, and Secured Transactions. Professor Johnson's scholarship and advocacy is in the fields of consumer bankruptcy issues and predatory consumer transactions, including payday loans and subprime mortgages. Professor Johnson holds a JD degree from West Virginia University and a BS in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
