Mr. Hayden was Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Retail Services for Alliance Data. The Retail Services Division offers private label, co-brand and commercial credit card programs through its subsidiary banks, World Financial Capital Bank and World Financial Network Bank. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the Georgetown University Law Center.
