Ms. Warrington's practice focuses primarily on retail financial services, with a special emphasis on privacy, data security, credit card, joint venture and regulatory enforcement issues. She counsels a diverse range of clients, including banks, retailers and insurance companies, on a wide variety of consumer laws. Prior to joining the Morrison & Foerster, Ms. Warrington was a Vice President at Citigroup, serving as Legislative and Regulatory Counsel for the Global Consumer business and prior to that, as General Counsel for the North America Cards division. She is a graduate of Oberlin College and New York University School of Law.
