John Chiles is a partner in Burr Forman LLP's litigation section and resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He actively practices in courts throughout the southeastern United States predominantly in the representation and defense of financial institutions. His practice features consumer finance and mortgage finance matters and involves class actions, mass actions, and individual actions arising out of loan and mortgage origination and servicing.
