Ms. Ficklin currently serves as Head of U.S. Compliance – Fair & Responsible Banking at TD Bank. Her two prior roles were serving as Chief Fair Lending Officer at Fannie Mae (2024-2025) and the founding Fair Lending Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (2011-2024). She is a trusted counselor who advises leaders, clients, and colleagues in a manner characterized by creative problem-solving, sound judgment, and a balanced approach to addressing competing interests. Ms. Ficklin is an experienced organizational spokesperson with strong interpersonal and public communication skills.
