Jeanette is a distinguished leader in financial policy, technology innovation, inclusion, and international affairs. Appointed by President Joseph R. Biden, she served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Financial Institutions Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Previously, she was Deputy Commissioner for the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation, appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom, and held senior leadership roles across federal agencies, the U.S. Senate Banking Committee, and the private sector, where she led legal, compliance, risk, and public policy teams at leading fintech firms.
Jeanette has been recognized globally for her contributions to public service, technology leadership, and thought leadership.
