Genevieve’s practice spans more than 15 years representing financial institutions in all aspects of consumer financial services, including FinTech representation, automobile finance, litigation and regulatory response, and data privacy and cyber-security. Genevieve holds CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Genevieve authors the California Continuing Education of the Bar's treatise on The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 and co-authors the Financial Data Privacy treatise. Genevieve regularly speaks at industry events on consumer finance topics and data privacy. Genevieve has published numerous articles on consumer financial services topics in scholarly publications such as the Conference on Consumer Finance Law Quarterly. Genevieve is admitted to practice in California, including the corresponding federal courts.
