Mr. Gelb, a partner with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, specializes in consumer financial services and antitrust. He is an extensively published author. In addition he has lectured and written extensively on consumer credit issues for the Practicing Law Institute, Prentice Hall, Executive Enterprises, the Banking Law Institute, The Business Lawyer, and the Consumer Finance Law Quarterly Report. Mr. Gelb served as law clerk to Judge Wilfred Feinberg of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Yale Law School.
