Mr. Langer, a partner of Dreher, Langer & Tomkies, LLP, concentrates his practice in consumer financial services and financial institutions transactional and regulatory areas, with emphasis on the development of nationwide and multi-state credit card, student, mortgage, personal property secured and other lending programs. He has published numerous articles on interstate lending and federal and state consumer credit regulation and speaks frequently on consumer financial services law issues. He serves as an Editorial Advisor to the Consumer Financial Services Law Report of LRP Publications. Mr. Langer is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Northwestern University Law School.
